What is Scrip?
Scrip is a term that means “Substitute Money” – gift certificates,
prepaid cards, and virtual gift cards that are used just like cash. This
is a way to earn credit toward your DC tuition while purchasing
groceries, clothing, gifts, gas and eating out. Denver Christian sells
Scrip to you at face value; the rebates from 2-15% or more are credited
directly to your tuition account three times a year.
Getting your Scrip?
Orders are submitted each Wednesday to our supplier (Great Lakes Scrip Center), and cards are ready for pick-up one week later at the campus of your choice. Orders can be made online with your registered account or handing in an order form at school. Payment for your order must be made by 9am on Wednesday before all the orders are submitted. Payments can be made with cash, check, or use of Presto Pay online.
We offer Cash-n-Carry scrip every day at each campus during regular school hours - King Soopers, Safeway, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Qdoba, Noodles, Red Robin, and Barnes & Noble. You can purchase and take this scrip the same day.
Our goal is help you fit Scrip into your life-style so that you can gain the most benefit from this program. Who can Participate? Anyone. If you already attend Denver Christian Schools or Preschools, you can start using your rebates right away. If you are thinking that DC is the school for your future family, you can start building up rebates to be used when you start attending. Any friends or family can purchase scrip and donate the rebates to the family of their choice or to the school’s general fund.
How to Register
You and your family/friends can go to www.shopwithscrip.com.
- Go to the green Family Sign Up box on the left side, and click “Create Account”.
- Follow the instructions and accept the terms and conditions of using the site.
- THEN you must enter our Denver Christian’s enrollment code, FDEB3162618. Only by associating this code with your new account will the ShopWithScrip system correlate your shopping activity with DC so you can receive your tuition credit.
